Step 1
Intake the corpus and scope the vault
We pull in everything already written down: pages from your website, plus any documents you supply (style guides, brand briefs, compliance policies, positioning decks, internal wikis). Anything your company has said about itself is input.
In parallel we run a quick AI visibility check across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, and Google AI Overviews to see how your current content is represented today. The combined picture tells us which sections of the vault matter most and in what order to distill them.

- Corpus intake map. Everything captured from your site and supplied by you, organized and gap-checked.

Step 2 · Core deliverable
Distill the vault from the corpus
We extract what is implicit in your corpus and make it explicit. Each element becomes a structured, version-controlled entry in the vault, with automated checks so a rule change does not quietly contradict another.
This is the core deliverable. Step 3 hands it off, Step 4 is an optional extension. If the engagement stops after Step 3, you still walk away with an auditable source of truth your team owns.

Step 3
Hand off the vault, train your team to audit it
The vault is yours. We hand over the full repository (voice, positioning, compliance rules, content narratives, and any structural context gathered from your site) and train your team to read it, audit it, and update it as your business evolves. This closes the core engagement. Whether anything gets compiled from the vault into live AI outputs is a separate decision, taken now or later.

Step 4 (optional)
Activate the vault into AI outputs
Compiling the vault into live AI outputs is a separate track. Some clients start activation during the engagement, some come back months later when their AI stack is ready, some never activate with us and run it themselves.
We can run the activation for you, run it alongside your team, or leave the vault ready so you can compile outputs against your own AI stack when it suits. Live outputs need LLM infrastructure and ongoing operations, on your side or ours.
Public content
Answer-first pages with schema markup that AI search engines quote directly. Same facts, same brand voice, re-rendered for every platform that reads you.
Internal agents
On-brand, in-compliance AI assistants deployable to Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, or any LLM platform. Same rules enforce on every answer, whether the question came from a customer or an employee.
